Biography
As Clearwater Properties' CEO, Shaun Michael Lewis brings together his Montana heritage—spanning five generations—with global business acumen to help clients fulfill their dreams of owning homes and land across the breathtaking American West.
Before stepping into his current leadership role, Shaun served as Global COO for Cofix, overseeing a European coffee chain with operations spanning seven countries and more than 450 locations. From 2016-2019, he previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Clearwater Properties, where he spearheaded a complete brand refresh and implemented key technological advancements that enhanced operational efficiency and fueled company growth.
His professional journey includes valuable service as an Electronics Engineer in the U.S. Navy, with assignments in Japan and Thailand. Following his military service, Shaun took on leadership roles within both the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Academically, Shaun holds an undergraduate degree from Columbia College, completed his Master of Science at Chapman University, earned an MBA from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, and received an Executive MBA/PLD from Harvard Business School. Additionally, he is a graduate of Columbia Business School's High Impact Leadership Program.
